I am interested in getting to know you. I want to learn why you do what you do, and think what you think. Then, together, the work begins. Many of us have gone through experiences that leave us feeling confused, unmotivated, stuck, and without a clear idea for how to make a change. My experience shows that we feel this way when we are disconnected from who we are and what’s important to us. When we are struggling, we often lose hope for change. This feeling can sometimes be so overwhelming that we need help navigating our way back to a healthier and happier version of ourselves. I love helping with the navigation. By dusting off familiar tools and introducing new tools, I stand with my clients as they find their way to that solid and connected place.
